New office in Richmond, VA, provides dedicated training, support and consulting services for AEC and Government organizations.
CADD Microsystems, an Autodesk Platinum Partner, today announced the opening of its new office in Richmond, Virginia. The location of this office ensures that CADD Microsystems’ customers in the southern Virginia region have convenient access to support, training, events and world-class consulting.
This office represents the third regional presence for CADD Microsystems, after its Alexandria, VA, headquarters and the Baltimore, MD, office. Staffed by professional consultants, sales, marketing and administrative professionals, CADD Microsystems will be able to address the needs of its current customers, and expand its customer base to other AEC, government, and manufacturing firms.
“As our presence in the area increases, we wanted to make sure to have the staff in place to support the growing needs of the building community in the southern Virginia region and beyond,” said Jeff Gravatte, CEO of CADD Microsystems. “We are excited to differentiate ourselves in Richmond through our outstanding staff, our approach to excellence in customer service and by building communities of support and collaboration. I believe customers will notice the difference in working with us, as our customer satisfaction survey scores amongst the highest in the nation and are what led to our designation as an Autodesk Platinum Partner.”
Platinum authorization is more than just a partner tier. Autodesk considers CADD Microsystems to be among the best at implementing Autodesk solutions for the architecture, engineering and construction industry. To qualify for Autodesk Platinum Tier status, CADD Microsystems demonstrated technical and industry expertise that includes a strong knowledge of customers’ business needs and the ability to partner with customers to meet those needs. In addition, meeting rigorous sales, personnel, and customer satisfaction measurements to support their level of expertise and commitment to customer success was a key requirement for Platinum Authorization.
“CADD Microsystems has always been an active player in their local communities – sponsoring user groups, hosting events – and we think they will be a great addition to the Richmond AEC community,” said Paul Kirill, director of operations at HC Yu and Associates, a consulting engineering firm located in Richmond, VA. “Having them so close to our office provides us with a great resource for continuing to advance the design technology in our firm.”
The newest CADD Microsystems office is located in the SunTrust building in downtown Richmond – 919 East Main Street, Richmond, Virginia. With an extensive offering of training courses and free monthly events, the team at CADD Microsystems is poised and ready to support and educate customers as we assist them in growing their organizations.
